First impressions are crucial. That's why REI wanted to set the stage with an email welcome experience for new subscribers that breaks the ice through a series of friendly, helpful, and engaging messages. The newly developed welcome program was so strong it moved mountains.
To celebrate and share our creative team's success, I created this infographic for placement in an internal company newletter. I chose an aesthetic reminiscent of vintage national park posters, and used iconic camping and nature-inspired elements to illustrate the program's metrics in a fun, more visually appealing way.
